Ningbo is not far from Shanghai, but I never visited it during my time in Shanghai. Took advantage of the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday to go check it out.
1. City Center

Rented two e-scooters in the city center and casually explored. Not many people in Ningbo, even fewer on the subway. It felt like a perfect place for retirement.
2. Dongqian Lake

Rented a bike for 80 yuan to ride around for the day.
Rode around Dongqian Lake, but gave up halfway. It would have been better to rent an e-scooter—it was way too hot.
